How do you bake frozen croissants?
Thaw on a lined tray for about 15 minutes, then bake at 170°C for 20–25 minutes until deep golden. Exact times are printed for each product.
Do you have mini croissants for breakfast buffets?
Yes. Most of our croissants, Danish and rolls come in a mini 30 g size in boxes of 200, as well as full sizes from 80 to 130 g.
Do you make vegan croissants?
Yes, our plain vegan croissant comes in 30 g and 80 g.
