What size are your pizza bases?
Our pizza bases are 28 cm and 250 g, in boxes of 20. The pinsa base is 38 × 17 cm and 260 g, also in boxes of 20.
What flour do you use?
100% Italian "00" flour, leavened for 48 hours and hand-stretched.
Do you supply topped frozen pizzas?
Yes. Margherita, pepperoni, quattro formaggi, funghi, vegetarian, chicken, buffala and truffle & porcini.
